Created for FTI Consulting in Chicago, IL. This vinyl mural features a gradient design throughout - a first for me as an artist.

The design includes hands reaching for each other to represent support, stair like shapes to represent growth and change, silhouettes of faces to symbolize collaboration and communication and Chicago easter egg symbols placed throughout.
