SOHO HOUSE
2020
In March 2020, I had the opportunity to paint the corner murals at Soho House Chicago, coinciding with International Women's Day. What I wanted to convey with these ladies is the feeling of expansion. Of pushing up against the boxes that we are put in by ourselves and others. Each corner has a single woman taking up the entire space of the mural.
They are larger than life - pushing against the edges of the corner, the same way women push against boundaries and expand their worlds every day. Special thanks to Threadless for coordinating this project.
