Its been 6 months since I left my corporate job and started pursuing life as an artist. While completing my latest work, I was listening to a podcast by @idealemon. The subject was "struggle" and they were interviewing the CEO of @waveborn. Long story short, the podcast episode was REAL and HONEST and the idea "Thank god im not alone" kept popping up for me. I know that leaving my old job was the right thing to do, but just because we make heart led decisions doesn't mean the world owes us anything. What has kept me moving during my most vulnerable times, is the vulnerability and courage of others. It's not enough to simply make art and share it. The story and the process is what brings everything full circle.
